Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking any waxing or laser hair removal treatments or using this website. By accessing this website or making a booking, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.
- Definitions
- “Clinic”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Luxe Laser Lounge & Boutique, St Neots.
- “Client”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual receiving treatments or using the website.
- “Treatment(s)” refers exclusively to waxing and laser hair removal services.
- “Course(s)” refers to prepaid blocks of multiple treatments.
- “Voucher(s)” refers to physical or digital gift vouchers issued by the Clinic.
- Use of the Website
2.1 You agree to use this website lawfully and not to engage in misuse, including attempting to copy, extract or replicate content without written permission.
2.2 All website content is the intellectual property of the Clinic and may not be reproduced without permission.
2.3 The Clinic strives to ensure all information is accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to amend any information without liability.
- Booking Appointments
3.1 All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3.2 A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are:
- Non-refundable, except where required by law;
- Non-transferable, unless agreed by the Clinic owner;
- Deducted from the balance of the treatment.
3.3 Deposits, refunds, or exceptions may be altered only if agreed by the Clinic owner.
3.4 Appointments are not confirmed until deposits are paid.
- Cancellation, Lateness & No-Show Policy
4.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
4.2 Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in:
- 100% of the appointment fee being charged to the card on file;
- Unless otherwise agreed by the Clinic owner.
4.3 Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will result in:
- 100% of the appointment fee being charged;
- Course sessions lost in full.
4.4 Late arrivals may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.
If treatment cannot be carried out due to lateness, this is treated as a no-show.
- Patch Tests & Consultations
5.1 A patch test is mandatory for laser hair removal and any other treatment where required.
5.2 Patch tests must be completed 24–48 hours before treatment.
5.3 Failure to attend a patch test or consultation for laser hair removal will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.
5.4 A laser hair removal treatment will not proceed without a successful patch test.
- Client Medical Disclosure
6.1 You must provide accurate and complete medical and skin history prior to treatment.
6.2 You must disclose but not limited to:
- Current and past medications (especially photosensitising drugs)
- Allergies
- Skin disorders or conditions
- Hormonal conditions
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Recent procedures (peels, injectables, etc.)
6.3 You must notify the Clinic of any health or medication changes before each session.
6.4 The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsafe to proceed.
- Laser Hair Removal – Specific Terms
7.1 Pre-Treatment Requirements
You must follow all preparation instructions, including:
- Shaving the treatment area 24 hours before
- No sunbeds or sunbathing for 2–4 weeks
- No self-tan for 1 week
- No waxing, plucking or threading for 4–6 weeks
- Avoiding active skincare (retinol, acids) 5–7 days prior
7.2 Post-Treatment Requirements
You must follow all aftercare instructions, including:
- No heat exposure for 24–48 hours
- No exercise for 24 hours
- Daily SPF 30–50
- No sunbeds for 4 weeks
- No exfoliation for 5–7 days
7.3 Skin Reactions
Laser hair removal may cause temporary redness, swelling, follicular irritation, or sensitivity.
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge these potential risks.
7.4 Contraindications
Laser hair removal cannot be carried out if you:
- Are pregnant
- Are taking photosensitising medications
- Have active skin infections or sunburn
- Have tanned skin within the restricted period
- Fail or skip the required patch test
- Have not followed pre- or post-treatment instructions
7.5 No Guarantee of Results
Hair reduction varies based on hair type, skin type, hormones and medical factors.
No specific results are guaranteed.
7.6 Refusal of Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where safety may be compromised.
- Waxing Treatment Terms
8.1 Hair must be the appropriate length for waxing.
8.2 Clients must disclose use of retinoids, exfoliants, or any recent sun exposure.
8.3 Waxing may cause redness, irritation, minor sensitivity, ingrown hairs, or temporary skin reactions.
By booking, you acknowledge these potential risks.
- Treatment Courses
9.1 Courses must be paid for in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed by the Clinic.
9.2 Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9.3 Courses must be completed within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
9.4 Missed or late-cancelled appointments are deducted in full from the course.
- Membership Plans
10.1 Membership plans have a minimum 6-month contract.
10.2 After this period, membership continues monthly unless cancelled.
10.3 Membership fees are charged automatically.
10.4 Membership treatments do not roll over and are non-transferable.
10.5 Missed or late-cancelled membership appointments are forfeited.
- Gift Vouchers
11.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
11.2 They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11.3 Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
11.4 Vouchers can only be used towards treatments.
- Payments & Pricing
12.1 All prices are subject to change without notice.
12.2 Errors on the website may be corrected without obligation to honour incorrect pricing.
12.3 Payment is due at the time of treatment unless prepaid.
- Liability & Disclaimer
13.1 The Clinic is not liable for:
- Reactions arising from undeclared medical conditions or medications
- Failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions
- Adverse reactions that are known and accepted risks of waxing or laser
- Loss of personal items while on the premises
- Indirect or consequential losses
13.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is unlawful under the laws of England & Wales.
- Complaints Procedure
Complaints should be submitted in writing to:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 7 working days and respond fully within 14 working days.
- Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Revised Terms will be posted on our website and will apply immediately.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
